I’m the designer behind NameHaus, based in Ireland. Each order is handcrafted and packaged with love by me, from my home studio to your door.
When you place an order through Etsy or my Pattern website (www.namehaus.ie), I receive the information needed to fulfil it: your name, postal address, email, payment details (processed securely by Etsy/Pattern), and any personalisation details you provide (such as names, ages, or messages).
I use this information only to create and deliver your order, provide customer support, and meet legal or tax obligations. I do not use it for marketing or share it for advertising. Your data is shared only with Etsy, Pattern, and trusted postal services as required to complete your order.
Order details are kept for up to 6 years to comply with Irish tax law. Personalisation details are deleted within 30 days of order completion unless needed for service follow-up.
